Positions Currently Available :

PCB Designer

The successful candidate will use PADS software to develop PCB layouts, Schematic and Fabrication drawings that meet Engineering and Manufacturing Specifications. Reviews engineering drawings, data sheets and specifications to analyze design and compile information required to complete drawing, layout or design.

Duties include producing schematics, multi-layer PC Boards and Mechanical Drawings. RF/ Analog/ Digital PCB design experience is required using PADS PWR/LOGIC. Must be familiar with IPC Specifications and AutoCAD/AutoCAD LT 2D.

Education:
2-YR Associates Degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design preferred and/or equivalent experience. Experience with PADS software.

Knowledge Required:
• Design - Knowledge of design techniques, tools, specifications, standards and principles involved in production of precision Printed Circuit Boards and Drawings.

Technology:
PCB/SCHEMATIC PADS Software
Word Processing/Spreadsheet software



Position: Manufacturing/Quality Engineer

Qualified individual will evaluate and develop manufacturing processes, performance improvement projects and recommend equipment for manufacturing optimization.

Will administer company's quality, process, and business improvement efforts. Will design, implement, and evaluate quality assurance process sampling systems, procedures, and statistical techniques.

Will conduct training on manufacturing best practices and quality assurance concepts and tools. Interface with customers and suppliers on quality related issues.

Requirements: Must have experience with electronic assembly - surface mount technology, through-hole placement techniques and mechanical assembly. Experience working with and in-depth knowledge of radio-frequency technology considered a plus. Moderate to advanced computer skills and process engineering experience required.
