MARKETING CONTENT MANAGER
Job Purpose: The Marketing Content Manager participates in the development of the marketing vision and strategy for the company and oversees all aspects of implementation. This role contains the creative side of design and development as well as the operational side of implementation and execution. The role will utilize a variety of marketing platforms to attract new business opportunities, maintain and nurture existing business relationships, and provide tools and resources for the Sales Team. This role is located in Carmel, IN and is a 100% in office position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the existing Marketing Tech Stack platforms and tools which include: Marketpath CMS, Mailchimp email automation, Hootsuite, Google Analytics/Data Studio/Tag Manager, Social Media platforms, YouTube, Canva, Adobe Suite, and Spiro CRM.
- Manage existing and add to a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties including blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, reports, webinars, infographics, and videos.
- Create and develop printed and digital collateral marketing materials including brochures, advertising, press releases, case studies, and video.
- Create and publish content to Social Media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Attract new qualified leads by converting internet and website traffic through call-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
- Establish connections with published media sources (print and digital) to increase visibility with targeted vertical markets
- Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social media marketing channels.
- Maintain and edit the website with product updates, customer and employee utilization, and SEO optimization.
- Establish closed-loop analytics to understand and track how inbound marketing activity produces leads and as sales nurture those leads to customers.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5 + years of marketing experience preferred.
- Excellent communicator, storyteller, and creative thinker with an ability to use data to inform decisions and produce relevant content.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and nurture them into customers.
- Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, Photo and Video editing, Graphic Design

CHIEF ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Job Purpose: Ritron, Inc. a designer and manufacturer of wireless, two-way radio products, is looking for a Chief Electrical Engineer with strong leadership, RF, electrical and technical skills to lead its Engineering Design Group (Electrical, Firmware, Mechanical and ATE).
Tasks: Major responsibilities include oversight and direction on RF & electrical design, assigning duties to the engineering teams, creating, and communicating long and short-terms project goals, ensuring that projects stay within schedule, cost, and feature constraints, and working with other departments to make sure that engineering goals and activities are optimized to match those of the company. This position reports to the company President.
Duties and Responsibilites:
- Communicate the goals of the company to the engineering staff.
- Guide, determine electrical, RF design.
- Evaluate, determine best technology & components to be use to achieve product solution.
- Determine and communicate new project costs and schedule and work to maintiain those benchmarks.
- Work with Marketing, Sales and the engineers to determine new product features.
- Assign new projects, duties and responsibilities to the engineering staff.
- Mentor/Train engineering staff as needed.
- Perform perfomance reviews of the engineering staff.
- Communicate with the company president the status of projects and engineering staff.
- Work with the company president on new product ideas and the state of radio technology.

Requirements:
- BSEE (MSEE preferred).
- 10 years of relevant experience in the wireless/two-way radio frequency industry.
- 5 years of engineering staff and project management experience.
- An in-depth knowledge of radio frequency and general electronics. The Chief Engineer is considered to be the deparment's technical leader.
- A working knowledge and experience with embedded firmware, DSP, and FPGA design.
- Good verbal and written communicaiton skills including grammar and spelling.
- Good mentoring and teaching capabilities.

RF Design Engineer
Summary: Looking for an experienced hands-on individual contributor in the design and development of wireless products, RF circuits, and signal processing components for conventional and software-defined radio products. Should be experienced with PCBA development and troubleshooting and in resolving product design issues during the entire RF product lifecycle. Reports to the Chief Engineer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design circuits and radio subsystems to meet product specifications and best practices
- Specifies components for BOMsd creates detailed circuit schematics and other design documents
- Design for FCC compliance and EMI mitigation and adheres to applicable industry standards
- Provides technical collaboration with other engineers as needed
- Conducts or directs lab testing using oscilloscopes, data analyzers, VSGs, VSAs, and VNAs
- Tracks multiple tasks and projects. Identifies and reports obstacles
- Supports needs of manufacturing, test, and marketing departments throughout the product lifecycle
- Supports FCC Certification and compliance working with third-party test and certification services
Requirements for the Job:
Essential
- Able to design analog and RF circuits from baseband to 1GHz
- Able to design to applicable electrical and environmental standards
- Knowledgeable in Communications theory and modulation systems
- Experience with common RF design elements such as impedance matching networks, tuned circuits, lumped filters, microstrip and stripline circuits, and RF power transistor matching networks
- Competence using RF lab testing and troubleshooting techniques and tools including oscilloscopes, VSGs, VSAs, and VNAs
- Time management and organizational skills with an ability to balance multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to self-manage and adapt to occasional difficult working conditions
- Likes to work in a team environment and tolerates occasional travel
Desirable
- Designs FPGA firmware using VHDL and/or Verilog and writes microcontroller and DSP code using C/C++ and assembly language. Familiarity with digital logic and microcontrollers
- Grasp of networking basics and familiarity with 802.11, GPS, Ethernet
- US, Canadian, and ETSI certification experience and working knowledge of FCC Parts 2, 15 and 90
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Master’s preferred.
- Track record in radio (RF) product development and manufacturing
- At least 4 years of experience in RF communications product design

TWO-WAY RADIO REPAIR TECHNICIAN
Job Purpose: Troubleshoot, repair, and test analog and digital two-way radio equipment down to the component level.
Knowledge: Two-way radio experience a plus. Electronics troubleshooting and repair. Mechanical aptitude, Minimum of 2 years electronics troubleshooting experience.
Education and Experience: Minimum Education: AASEET or equivalent experience preferred or job experience equivalent.
Duties and Responsibilites:
- Verify two-way radio equipment is working to technical specifications.
- Correct and defects found in equipment using troubleshooting and soldering experience.
- Enter detailed work information into PC for billing and tracking purposes.
- Help customers resolve technical issues via email and telephone.
- Inspect and test radio PCB boards to locate, troubleshoot and diagnose malfuctions through visual inspections, testing devices, and computer software.
- Reassemble and test equipment after repairs.
- Repair/replace SMD components down to 0402 size.
- Refer to schematics and manufacturer's specifications that show connections to locate and repair problems.
